Corrupted Governance: Peace of our time that will never arrive

The role of Filipino as a national language is crucial in uniting a diverse country like the Philippines. With more than 7,000 islands and over 170 languages and dialects, language is one of the most significant aspects of Filipino identity. How the Internet/Social Media helps me academically as a student

My name is Chris Jomerson P. Camero, and as a student, I’ve always found the internet to be an important tool in both my academic and personal life. Whether I’m coming home from school on the weekend, the internet is my go-to space to relax, learn, and grow. More specifically, social media  and platforms like YouTube  have played a significant role in enhancing my academic experience and improving my skills, especially in language and English communication. I really like reading historical ones that depict real-life events and what actually happened at that time; it gives me insight into what it was like to be in that situation. However, if the story is based on genuine experiences that the Author experienced himself, I'm basically hypnotized to read it. This is why I'll be talking about an Essay written by John Jack Wigley " Home of the Ashfall ". A story that gives you a deep dive into what happened during the eruption of Mount Pinatubo in the Philippines and the devastating effects it had on the Filipino's lives. But it's not the real-life accuracy of it that caught my attention, it's the fact that the story is told through the eyes of John himself. I love those types of stories because we get to know what the Author felt during it and what challenges they faced before and after...
